Partner WOD:

 

For Time:

 

Station 1: A) 50 Box jumps (24/20")

               B) 5 Bar-facing burpees

 

Station 2: A) 50 SDHP (95/65#)

               B) 5 GHD Situps

 

Station 3: A) 50 KB swings (heavy)

               B) 10 Pushups

 

Station 4: A) 50 Ground to overhead (95/65#)

               B) 10 Ring Dips

 

One partner works to accumulate reps towards exercise A while other partner does exercise B.  Once exercise B is finished, switch partners and continue working towards 50 reps of exercise A.  After 50 reps, move to next station.
